[求助] 论文修改，求助英文冠词the的用法已有5人参与

审稿人的一条意见为：

On the first phrase, page 6

"Due to the limit of the thermal stability of the glass substrate, we do not further increase the annealing temperature"

the article "the" is not appropriate, and at its place a different word must be used that refers to the set of films.

"Due to the limit of the thermal stability of the glass substrate, we do not further increase the annealing temperature"是论文中的原话，审稿人说冠词the用得不对，后面半句“at its place a different word must be used that refers to the set of films”没看懂。

论文是关于在玻璃基片上制备薄膜，然后进行退火处理。论文中的这句话是在说由于玻璃只能耐500多度的温度，所以没有将退火温度升高到600度。

请教应该如何进行修改，十分感谢！

个人理解： the 都是特指，所以当你使用的时候，想想用这个the，指的就是那个唯一特殊的那个么？如果不是，比如你的glass substrate，annealing temperature是唯一的么？还是一大堆，很general的东西。比如你把他们这两个都变成复数的形式，把the删除就好了。冠词用法不当是中国人写英文常犯的毛病，没啥的，有时候语法是很难说清的，多自己体验感觉。
