[交流] proteomics审稿意见，虫友们支支招已有3人参与

第一次投proteomics，审了将近两个月，昨天有了回音，但是对编辑的审稿意见捉摸不透，请各位虫友支支招~
在投稿系统的状态栏是minor revision，但是回信的言辞却很严重，与这个状态不符啊，内容如下：
I am sorry to inform you that your manuscripthas not been found acceptable for publication in PROTEOMICS. The Journal receives a large number of manuscripts and difficult decisions must be made on the basis of an article's perceived priority. I have enclosed the comments of the referees upon which this decision was based. Your manuscript did not achieve a high enough ranking to be accepted in its present form.

However, we invite you to consider carefully the comments of the referees and to submit a fully revised manuscript incorporating any changes, including new experiments, which you consider necessary to address the issues raised by the referees.

Please note that your revised paper will be subject to the full review process again. There is a TIME LIMIT OF SIX MONTHS for uploading the revised paper.

第一段看起来像是要据的节奏啊~不过在论坛里查了一下，说有些期刊不管是大修还是小修，这些话都是一样的，不知道这个杂志是不是这样啊？
如果是小修的话，还需要外审吗？六个月的修改期，这么长。怎么看都有些重投的意思，至少是大修。

三个审稿人，两个对该工作表示了肯定，一个这样说：A few relatively minor corrections should be made priorto publication.；另一个：after careful review I have a few concerns in which I think the manuscript should be improved，然后都各提了一个稍大的问题和一些细节性的问题。第三个认为工作的某个步骤存在很大问题，言辞激烈，说不建议发表。

最后编辑的comments又是这样的：
Comments to the Author:
After reading the manuscript and reviewers' comments and suggestions, I will reconsider a significantly revised manuscript that includes new experimental data that addresses the major issues raised by the reviewers, especially the use of tryptic peptides as a model for plasma peptides. The quality and readability of the manuscript needs to be improved. All the concerns need to address in both a significantly revised manuscript and a detailed response letter.

两次提到significantly revised，意思就是大修啊
编辑到底是什么样的态度呢，投过这个杂志的虫友支支招吧，在此先谢过了~
