投稿Review of Scientific Instruments ，被拒，如何是好

编辑的回复： Dear Mr. ####, I have briefly looked over your submission. As far as I can see your manuscript does not meet the basic requirement for publication as an article in Review of Scientific Instruments. An article must be about a novel instrument. Your article measures properties of an ion source, which might be useful in instrument design, but it is not about a new instrument. The manuscript you have submitted is not appropriate for the readership of RSI, but instead contains material that might be suitable for a different journal. If my interpretation is incorrect, you may submit a rebuttal letter and revised manuscript.
