Alright, if I paraphrase the sentence, it's gonna be "If I don't see you later, I'll see you when both of us die."
It is a funny way to say good bye.
Pasture is how country people refer to being buried.

Another friend of mine gave me a even more detailed explanation of pasture.
She told me long time ago, pasture was referred to a special field for disabled or aged horses.
These horses spent all their life working for their owners and thus they deserve to be awarded.

They then are fed on the pasture on which they have more than enough food to eat.
But being sent to pasture also means the horse can no longer work, and what it's going to do is enjoying its left days, somewhat similar to nursing home. In this case, pasture is somewhat connected with death.
