关于论文审稿专家的意见问题请教，急求指导！

Reviewers' comments: Although the authors have made some helpful changes to the manuscripts, on the two major criticisms there has been little/no improvement: 1) much of the response on replicability is now discussed as replicate determinations of a given sample, not the replicate independent experiments called for; 2) the control immunization requested has not been done. Repeated adjuvant injection effects are thus still not controlled for. And full-length antigen as a comparator is not helpful - it must be irrelevant antigen plus adjuvants in PARALLEL. 专家意见，如何修改，请高手帮忙看看，多谢。 |
