请教autodock4: non-integral charge及error in docking parameter file

我找了一个体系，要进行小分子和大分子的对接 问题1 其中，4L52_protein_H2O.pdbqt是大分子pdb文件去水和加氢后，grid macromolecule打开再保存的。这里我碰到了一个问题：首先在ADT中打开大分子pdb时提示（内容见截图warning-pdb.png），然后保存为pdbqt，关闭，然后再grid macromolecule打开pdbqt文件，先提示（内容见截图warning-pdbqt.png），OK后，再提示（内容见截图warning-pdbqt-2.png），请问这如果不做改动的话，对接下来的对接是否有影响？如果有的话，应该对pdbqt文件怎样处理？（官方教程UsingAutoDockWithADT.pdf 03版的第16页左侧说明：the most likely cause of non-integral charges using our tutorial example hsg1 is that it lacks polar hydrogens (see Exercise One). With other molecules, it is also possible that some atoms are missing from the pdb file. You can repair these missing atoms with a command in the repairCommands module. To do so, first load that module then Edit Misc Repair Missing Atoms.Obviously, you have to repeat Exercise One: adding polar hydrogens etc if any residues have been repaired.,但我现在用的是autodock 4.0 08年出的教程上没有此项说明，），请大家帮我在autodock tools上修正一下这个pdbqt，我这项操作不太熟悉。 问题二： 当进行到autodock一步时，其他的小分子都正常运行，只有这个分子不正常，输入 nohup autodock4 -p 045.dpf -l 045.dlg&后立即停止 utodock4: ERROR: DPF> dsolvmap 4L52_protein_H2O.d.map # desolvation map autodock4: ERROR: Unrecognized keyword in docking parameter file. autodock4: Aborting... autodock4: Unsuccessful Completion. 附件：045.gpf 045.dpf nohup.out |
