The standards shall be stricktly followed when collecting, preparing and measuring the sample, quality control reinforced and regular test and calibration of instruments performed against reference material to assure maximal authenticity, accuracy and reliability of measurement data. 注：原文看起来是指导书一类，所以用shall be 语气比较合适。另外be strcktly ...、be reinforced ...和be performed并列，就省略了后两个shall be，以便简洁。 供参考 |
