They stated 4 treatments (control, chitosan, 1-MCP, 1-MCP+chitosan) and 5 withdraws (0, 3, 6, 9, 12 days) with 3 replicates. In this regard a factorial arrangement 4 x 5 would be the best way to analyze the data.Regarding the microbial and sensorial evaluation some data transformation are required and the authors did not present such procedure. 是说分析数据采用方差分析 要用正交试验吗 什么意思啊 懂得大侠们帮忙看一下吧 |
