AutoDock最新版本是4.0，运算速度慢了很多，如果可以，我建议你最好通过linux进行运算。另外，ADT是需要安装的，这样可以使用其中的python脚本进行输入文件的准备。而且，autodock3中的很多命令在autodock4中已经不能用，这是因为两个版本中输入文件（主要是受体和配体）格式有所不同。 我在论坛中有个帖子是总结这个软件的使用方法： http://muchong.com/bbs/viewthread.php?tid=644156 [ Last edited by wjmed on 2007-12-14 at 11:15 ] |

我今天也在装，这是我老师给我的说明： WINDOWS INSTALLATION: 1 - Install Python 2.0.1. If you have this version of Python installed skip this step. Download the Python-2.0.1.exe file to your desktop and double click on it. Follow the installation instruction. We will assume that the interpreter has been installed in the default directory C:\PYTHON20. 2 - Extract the .zip files in C:\PYTHON20. You should now have the Pmv, DejaVu, AutoDockTools ... directories in C:\PYTHON20. If instead you have a pack2.0_win32_acad directory containing Pmv, DejaVu, AutoDockTools etc.. you need to move the entire content of the pack2.0_win32_acad in C:\PYTHON20 in order for your installation to work. 3- Copy the C:\Python20\extra\glut32.dll in either C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 or C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32. 4 - Start pmv, adt or viper by double clicking on the either the runPmv.pyw, runAdt.pyw or runViper.pyw icons located in the C:\PYTHON20. NOTE: If several python interpreters are installed on the same machine make sure that the file is "Open With" python2.0.1.
