Optics letters 一个星期内被拒，求看编辑意见 已有5人参与

上个礼拜投稿的，今晚收到决定的。显示有Peer Review，但是看不到审稿人什么的任何信息，回给老板的电子邮件里面也没有审稿人的评价。估计是直接被编辑直接挂掉的，就留下了一下一段话： After careful consideration of your manuscript, I have determined that it is not suitable for publication in Optics Letters. A paper is acceptable for publication in Optics Letters only if, in addition to being correct technically and reporting new and important result to the field, meets the criterion for need for rapid publication.
