[求助] 关于拉曼光谱和 红外的一些问题

1.Predicted position of Raman lines: assume the water stretching band is at 3500 cm-1. When excited at 514 nm or 350 nm, calculate the wavelength of the wavelengths of Raman scattering.


2.Analyzing the vibrational modes of CO2. (1) numbers of modes; (2) the types; (3) which one is IR active, and which is Raman active?

4．
        Assign the spectrum of a protein. A (black) is the native protein, while B (gray) is the aggregated state. (1) which one is the self-deconvolution spectrum, and which is the second derivative one? (2) assign the IR bands to secondary structures.
