前几天看到一篇外文文献，其中关于内生菌抗菌活性筛选那段原文： The endophytic fungi were subjected to an antimicrobial assay using a solid medium which permits a rapid and qualitative selection the bioactive microorganisms. Each fungus was cultivated on the surface of PDA into Petri dishes at 30°C for 7 days. Then, disks were cut from the colony with a flamed cork borer (6 mm diameter) and transferred to the surface of the media Müller-Hinton SAB and SAB supplemented with 0.5% olive oil previously spread with bacteria, Candida albicans and Trichophyton rubrum and Malassezia furfur.关于里面提到的那个什么木塞钻孔器从圆盘上切下菌落再转移到后面的一些培养基中，这个过程是怎样的，切下的菌落是正面向上还是背面向上？因为我初学微生物，所以好多不懂，在这求助各位了，谢谢 |
