[求助] 关于内生菌抗菌活性的筛选

前几天看到一篇外文文献，其中关于内生菌抗菌活性筛选那段原文：
The endophytic fungi were subjected to an antimicrobial assay using a solid medium which permits a rapid and qualitative selection the bioactive microorganisms. Each fungus was cultivated on the surface of PDA into Petri dishes at 30°C for 7 days.
