没觉得楼主的句子有什么大的问题，建议小的修改如下： 1、Fluorescence intensity of acridine orange was reduced by increasing pH value by having acridine orange deprotonated neutral molecules in strong basic solution. 如果想用被动态，be reduced 比be decreased 更好些（decrease 大多用在非及物）。Having 。。。 deprotonated更加直接 2. This method is convenient, rapid, and works at room temperature 这个已经确认方法在室温下可用，就不需要can 而直接用works了，不然的话会给人留下在室温下“有可能”工作的印象。 供参考 |
