大修后返回修改意见

本人论文大修后返回修改意见，麻烦战友们给看看，是需要改结构还是语言润色，有没有推荐的润色公司 Reviewer #1: The manuscript should be again edited for clarity. Legends should be added for figures and tables to aid in interpretation of the data, such as which samples were assessed, the methods used, the statistical methods used, etc. Despite 2 revisions, the manuscript remains poorly written and difficult to interpret. The data and approach of investigating gene methylation in tumor and serum DNA is interesting and should contribute to the scientific literature. However, before publication, the manuscript should be again edited for clarity. Reviewer #3: The authors have made some improvements again, but I still feel that the manuscript needs further modification. The authors added data about IDH mutation of tumor tissue and serum. IDH mutation analysis of the circulating DNA in the patients with glioma is not conventional method. If the authors use IDH mutation data in serum, they need to explain about the mutation analysis of the circulating DNA in detail. Otherwise, authors should use the mutation data of the tumor tissue only to help understanding the characteristic of the study samples. In addition, 40% mutation rate is too high for WHO grade Ⅰ tumor. The authors should check the pathology of the samples or the experiment results. |
