汉语：通常情况下，1nmMgO在有些地方是不连续的。为了保证薄膜的连续性，薄膜厚度要超过1nm。根据我们的下面的图，在三层膜的顶部插入3nm，底部插入4nm，我们可以获得稳定的性能。 Generally, the 1 nm MgO layer would be discontinuous in some places (Ref.). In order to ensure the continuity of the film, the thickness should be more than 1 nm. ( 感谢奖赏!! ) Invisible voids in MgO can be overcome by employing a 3-layer composite of the same material. __________ measurements appear uniform when 1-nm MgO is in between 3-nm and 4-nm thick MgO on top and bottom respectively.
