我猜论文题目是: "如何优化氧化铝的形成"

Aluminum-oxide film formation requires thermal activation and is highly temperature-dependent.

High temperature causes tensil stress build-up, eventually surface roughness.

Low temperature makes eliminating reactants, especially water from internal walls of the reactor vessel, more difficult.

Too low temperature may be to blame when the reaction fails to go to completion.

希望楼主就像能像 Fritz Haber 一样得诺贝尔奖 !!

The phenomenon could be explained by the thermal activity of Al2O3 film growth.
When the temperature is low, it was much more difficult to purge the reactants (especially H2O, whose desorption speed is considerable slow at low temperature), which would cause the incompletion of the reaction. On the contrary, reacting at high temperature could bring more tensile stress, which would definitely not ameliorate the surface roughness.
