[求助] 回复是什么意思

大家好，我有个同学今天出去外地，有个外导给发来邮件，问我什么意思？本人也不是很清楚！求助下！
“After having screened the documents of candidates for PhD studies at my lab, at the Institute of Plant Genetics, Polish Academy of Sciences, we have selected your candidacy as one of a few persons that we would like to get in touch and continue recruitment. We appreciate your skills and achievements.
To remind, the scholarship is ca. 300 Euro per month, it does not include neither health insurance nor accommodation and living costs.

Please, let me know whether you are still interested to work within our group.”

另外，“the scholarship is ca.”是什么意思？

再发邮件问清楚费用啊。给你的补助肯定会够你的房租，生活费之类的。1200PLN的房子太贵了吧。差不多是一年的房租了。波科院应该会提供免费的住宿吧。要不然非波兹南的本国博士生怎么办啊？肯定有便宜的房子啦。
