pi-pi堆积表格问题

有没有哪位大虾遇到过这样的问题,就是要求在CIF文件里面加入pi-pi堆积作用表格的.就像写氢键表格一样,但偶不知道格式啊.有哪位大虾知道的,麻烦给一个规范的格式. 先谢谢啦! |

我一般与WINGX连用，在wingx--〉analyse-->Calv all，计算完后，在你的文件目录生成一个名为platon.1st文件，打开可以找到很多有用的东西，包括环的构象，如椅式、船式、扭船式等，还有绝对构型参数，还有氢键参数，还有堆积参数，还有好多好多的东西。 platon一般不直接用，不好用，也可以通过与PWT联合使用，一般下载platon，人家都会推荐再下载一个PWT的，在pwt中也是有一栏publish--〉calv all，计算的结果保存在以你的文件名为名，后缀为lis的文件中，可以用记事本或写字板打开，晶体相关的文件一般都可以用这两个程序打开的。 其实wingx和pwt都是一个壳，他们把很多软件集合起来，然后给出一个图形界面，这样就好操作了。 |
