请教几个tripos原子类型的问题

本人刚学SYBYL ，对tripos原子类型不是很熟悉，请问图片1中左上方苯环上CH2NH2处的N是N.3还是N.pl3，因为我用Sketch模块搭建分子时，sybyl最初自动判断是N.pl3；吡啶环旁边的NH2的N应该是N.pl3吧；右边哌啶环上的N与乙酰基相连时是N.3还是N.am，因为我搭建分子时，sybyl最初自动判断是N.am； 图片2中左上方苯环上的NHCOMe处的N应该是N.pl3还是N.am，因为我用Sketch模块搭建分子时，sybyl最初自动判断是N.pl3。 本人觉得网上搜到的Tripos公司给的原子类型说明太粗略，没有结合太多复杂的实际例子来讲解；而有一个例子是我搜到的，却很粗略，希望大家提供更好的例子资源来讲解。  图片1.jpg  图片2.jpg |
