[求助] 有关于Plos one 投稿

求助各位大侠：Plos one似乎对于伦理审查非常严格，我在方法里面写明The survey protocol was approved by。。。and 。。。 to conduct the study. Informed consent was obtained from the subjects at the time of the first examination.之后，编辑依旧退回稿件，要求说明如下问题：
Please amend your current ethics statement to address the following concerns:
a) Did participants provide their written or verbal informed consent to participate in this study?
b) If consent was verbal, please explain:
i) Why was written consent not obtained?
ii) What measures were taken to document the process?
iii) Did the ethics committees approve this consent procedure?
请教各位有无人群研究中更为确切的伦理学描述？

请问楼主找到解决的办法了吗？我也急需啊~~~稿约里要求单位伦理学办公室要出具证明，但本院相关部门责备我们没有在基金申请时就开具证明，现在拒绝开具，请教大侠有没有投稿时伦理学模板，可发来帮小弟一把！实在不胜感激！我的邮箱：yueer500@sina.com
