[求助] SCI投稿退回怎么回事啊

Before we can further process it, you are kindly requested to incorporate the below changes:

1.Include line numbers,
2.Include page numbers,
3.Include figures and tables at the end of the manuscript and not within the content of the manuscript.
4.References should only be in alphabetical order.
请教高手们，我投的文章，怎么一直是这个状态，我能改的已经改过了，上面是第一次的退稿状态，
下面是第二次投的退稿状态，郁闷死了，PDF格式的怎么可能每行标记且参考文献要以字母顺序，这不扯吗？ 对了，我投的是Industrial Microbiology & Biotechnology杂志。请哪位大侠指教，感激不尽！

2. Page numbering should be done.
3. Please note that figures/tables should not be incorporated inside the manuscript.
