APL投稿被拒，但编辑和审稿人均建议投到JAP，中的几率有多大？

如题，今天收到APL一审意见，转投到JAP是否有戏？ Dear*** ****** ******* The reviewer's comments are attached. In view of her/his recommendations, we cannot accept your manuscript for publication in this Journal. However, you may consider submitting your manuscript to Journal of Applied Physics or another AIP Publishing, LLC, journal as an alternative. Please note that transferring manuscript files to Journal of Applied Physics or any other AIP Publishing, LLC, journal does not guarantee that the manuscript will be accepted.
