APL投稿被拒，但编辑和审稿人均建议投到JAP，中的几率有多大？

如题，今天收到APL一审意见，转投到JAP是否有戏？ Dear*** ****** ******* The reviewer's comments are attached. In view of her/his recommendations, we cannot accept your manuscript for publication in this Journal.
