[求助] 请问文献“CA 50: 697b”含义

各位大侠好，看了一篇古老的论文，参考文献是CA 50: 697b，查出来是美国化学文摘，但CA之后都是啥意思啊？还有如何查找呢？非常感谢。

The method is based on changes of temp. owing to the isomerization, polymerization, and partial esterification of α- and β-pinenes (I) with AcOH and H2SO4 under standardized exptl. conditions avoiding the reaction of other turpentine constituents.  The app. consisted of a thermostat, a Dewar flask, two 10-cc. pipets (with siphoned lower parts which made it possible to keep them inserted in the thermostat), two thermometers (one inside the Dewar flask, the other outside), and a hand stirrer.  The temp. was kept at 25 ± 0.1°.  The reagent was prepd. by mixing 100% AcOH and 50% H2SO4 in vol. proportions 10:1.  α-Pinene (b. 155-6°, nD20 1.4653-1.4656, d420 0.8578-0.8582) was used as the standard.  A plot of the temp. differences, Δt, against the contents of α-pinene in the mixt. gave a straight line.  Since at low concns. of I it took around 30 min. to reach the max. temp. a mixt. of pure α-pinene and the substance being analyzed was prepd. in the ratio 1:1.  The amt. of I in this case was calcd.: x = 2 (a - 50), where a represented α-pinene in the mixt.  In the presence of larger quantities of β-pinene 1.5% was subtracted from a.  Smaller quantities of camphene did not interfere.  This method is superior to the fractionation method.

2.  Mixed (lichenoid and macular) cutaneous amyloidoses

Between October 1972 and Paril 1974 a total of four patients suffering from lichen amyloidosus were admitted to the wards of the Department of Dermatology, University Hospital, Valladolid.  All these patients also showed a macular amyloidosis associated with the lichenoid eruption.  The authors emphasize that macular amyloidosis is quite commonly found as an associated and closely related condition in lichen amyloidosus.
