麻烦把其中的中文帮我翻译翻译 谢谢了（其中英语我自己写的，要是有不对的 可以帮我改一下）

还有一句
A,B,C,D,E were respectively dissolved in potassium phosphate buffer，配制成2.5mM的溶液。

This also results its inaccuracy and inferior repeatability and that MAO-A or B inhibitors inhibitor potency may be underestimated。

However, the results will be inaccurate when screening MAO-A or B inhibitors. During screening MAO-A or B inhibitors, corresponding selective inhibitors need to be added and decrease the absorbance value to even smaller, so the error will increase and affect the accuracy and repeatablity.
