包合技术是指一种分子被包藏在另一种分子的空穴结构内形成包合物的技术。药物作为客分子经包合后,溶解度增大,稳定性提高,液体药物可微粉化,可防止挥发性成分的挥发,掩盖药物的不良气味或味道,调节释放速率,提高药物的生物利用度,降低药物的刺激性与毒副作用。
常用的包合材料有环糊精(Cyclodextrin,CYD)、胆酸、淀粉、纤维素、蛋白质、核酸等。目前,在制剂中最常用的是环糊精及其衍生物。制备包合物的方法有饱和水溶液法、超声法、研磨法、冷冻干燥法、喷雾干燥法、溶液搅拌法等。包合物的鉴别方法很多,简单而方便的有显微镜成像法、薄层层析法(TLC)、红外光谱法(IR)、差示热分析法(DSC)等;精细复杂的方法有质谱法(MS)、核磁共振法、X-射线衍射分析法等。

Inclusion technique refers to a molecule to be concealed in the hole structure of another molecule to form inclusion complexes technology. As a guest molecule drugs after inclusion, the solubility increases, the stability is improved, the liquid medicine can be micronized to prevent volatilization of volatile components, cover the unpleasant smell or taste, adjust the release rate, to improve bioavailability of the drug, reduce irritation and side effects of drugs.
Common cyclodextrin clathrate material (Cyclodextrin, CYD), cholic acid, starch, cellulose, protein, nucleic acid. Currently, the most commonly used in the formulation is the cyclodextrin and derivatives thereof. The method of preparing a saturated aqueous solution inclusion method, ultrasonic method, grinding, freeze drying, spray drying, the solution was stirred law. Inclusion of identification in many ways, there is a simple and convenient method of microscopy imaging, thin layer chromatography (TLC), infrared spectroscopy (IR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), etc.; intricate methods of mass spectrometry (MS), nuclear magnetic resonance, X-ray diffraction method.
