通过研究涂层厚度的变化对涂层结构阻尼性能的影响,对合理设计涂层阻尼性能的影响有一定的帮助和指导。 从图2可知,基体并没有明显的阻尼振幅效应,等离子涂层和电沉积涂层系统的阻尼性能有很大的差别,这可能与涂层的微观结构有关而与基体无关。 因此,解释复杂的阻尼振幅效应的应该是涂层而不是基体。 It will be helpful to the rational design of the coating damping by studying the effect of changes in coating thickness on structural damping properties. In Fig. 2, No obvious damping amplitude effect was observed for the substrate, while the damping of the PS and ED coating systems displayed distinct difference, which could result from the different microstructures of the two coating materials and had nothing to do with the substrate. Neverthelss, distinct damping properties were observed between PS and ED coating systems, which may be related with the mcrostructure of corating layer rather than the matrix. therefore, the coeating layer, instead of matrix, is considered to be responsible for the damping amplitude effect. 个人觉得,有些地方的涂层,应该突出“层”的实体,而不是用“抽象概括”的涂层表示。 |
