A药能有效抑制肿瘤细胞的生长，尤其是针对多药耐药（MDR）肿瘤细胞。药效学试验结果表明A药给药15天后肿瘤抑制率达到70%，T/C比值为20%，而对照药多西他赛给药15天后肿瘤抑制率达到50%，T/C比值为70%。因此A药的抑制肿瘤作用优于B药，具有开发制剂的前景,详细药效学试验另有发表。 多谢各位了！不逐字翻译也可，最好翻译的地道一些。 |

| The growth of tumor cells, especially the multidrug resistant tumor cells, could be effectively inhibited by A. The results of pharmacodynamical tests showed that treated with A 15days later, the inhibition rate of tumor cells reached 70% and the value of T/C was 20% in comparison to the results of control group treated with docetaxel of which the inhibition rate and value of T/C was 50% and 70% respectively. As a result, there was a prospect to develop the preparation of A of which the inhibitory effect on tumor was better than B. A detail pharmacodynamical study has been reported previously. |
