The growth of tumor cells, especially the multidrug resistant tumor cells, could be effectively inhibited by A. The results of pharmacodynamical tests showed that treated with A 15days later, the inhibition rate of tumor cells reached 70% and the value of T/C was 20% in comparison to the results of control group treated with docetaxel of which the inhibition rate and value of T/C was 50% and 70% respectively. As a result, there was a prospect to develop the preparation of A of which the inhibitory effect on tumor was better than B. A detail pharmacodynamical study has been reported previously.
