[求助] 感觉审稿人很不看好，问题不好回答，我改重投还是改投？

rsc 旗下杂志reject and resubmission ,审稿信如下：

Comments to the Author
As for the study of biological activities, it lacks enough evidences. For example, as for antioxidant properties, besides the measurement of scavenging of DPPH free radical, reducing power and protective effects against hydroxyl radical-induced oxidative DNA damage, the typical cell model and other parameters such as ROS scavenging effect, and repair and inhibition of lipid and protein oxidation damage are usually studied. Moreover, it is suggested to separate the present paper into two parts after supplementation of necessary experiments, one is the development of the method of separation and identification of **, the other is systematic and further study of bioactive effect of***. Then it can show the scientific problem clearly. Therefore, considering the focus of the journal, and some drawbacks in experiments designing, it is not advised to publish in *****.将现有内容分成两个部分，然后分别补充实验。清晰的展示问题。
我现在的问题：
1、编辑的信是婉转拒绝吗，我还有希望吗？
2、第一个审稿人问道了关键点，文章研究了物质的结构和功能，但是结构和功能之间是否存在关系他让我解释，我说不清楚，我目前只是介绍该物质的性质，但功能性质之间的关系这种深度我还解释不了，怎么回答呢？基本是要回答机理方面的。
3、第二个审稿人认为实验设计有问题，建议把论文拆成两部分，分别补实验，我目前不可能把论文拆成两篇文章重新研究，时间有限也不能向他说的研究的那么深入细致，那我按照第一个审稿人的意见改后，再重投，如果第二个审稿人看了，是不是还要拒绝我，我还要不要再投这个杂志呢？
4、我这个拒稿重投审稿意见是不是很不好，文章价值不大，我还有没有希望呢
5、我是改后改投其他杂志还是继续投这个呢？
因为文章已经不能7月毕业了，就指望这篇能中，申请年底毕业，否则就要明年7月再申请，这篇文章对我至关重要，大家帮帮我，给我建议，好无助。我导师没有时间管，师门也没有人发表过sci 完全没有经验，希望好心虫友帮忙详细解答！
