预处理陈米的储后处理是在测定陈米的糊化特性时进行的，处理方法是在糊化特性测定过程中以一定浓度的硝酸银溶液来代替蒸馏水。 我是这样写的，但总觉得不咋好： Post-treatment after storage of the pretreated-aged rice was carried out at the same time when that of pasting properties of aged rice were determined. The method was to use AgNO3 solution of certain concentration instead of distilled water in determination process of pasting properties. |
