1、：stepsize too small,or no change in energy. 一般都是你的模型构建的不合理， 2、盒子长度是editconf自动形成的 盒子的长度是可以自己修改的，后续模拟中有NPT 系综模拟，会调节盒子的大小，因此在前面的模拟中，可以适当的把盒子大小调节的略大一些。 3、rlist 你应该先看看手册，看明白这个参数是什么意义？ 或者搜索一下小木虫和gromacs的邮件列表，有一大堆的解释。 |
