Human resources management (HRM) is related with the living and further developement of enterprise. however, in many enterprises, HRM is faced with many troubles, such as unfitted training mechanism, undeveloped management systems, delayed construction of company culture. current status, characteristics and problems of HRM in the moderm enterprises are analysized. the sucessful experinces from exellent enterprises are referred. the related systems and improvement directions in perfecting enterprise HRM are further discussed. some suggestions are provided for imrpoving the working efficiency of each departments and promoting the stable developement of enterprises. 抛砖引玉吧 |
