结肠癌是世界上致死率较高的癌症之一，对人类的健康生活有着非常恶劣的影响。据统计，在西方发达国家中，结肠癌死亡率居第二位，在我国，死亡率居第五位。结肠癌的发病过程是一个多阶段干涉、多基因参与和影响的病理过程。AP-2α为转录因子活化蛋白Ap-2家族一员，作为一种抑癌基因参与着多种肿瘤的形成、迁徙及转移。端粒酶催化亚基即端粒酶逆转录酶（hTERT）作为端粒酶的核心，在肿瘤细胞中高度表达，但在正常细胞中却不表达，端粒酶的激活是肿瘤形成的特异性标识。因此，在肠道肿瘤分子领域，寻找一种新型预防治疗手段已成为该领域的一项重要课题。 [ Last edited by azmy0256 on 2013-5-16 at 01:09 ] |

| Colon cancer is one of the higher cancer death rate in the world, it has a very bad impact on human health and life. According to statistics, in the Western developed countries, colon cancer mortality ranks in second place. In our country, the rank is fifh. The pathogenesis of colon cancer is a multistage interference and multiple genes are involved in the pathological process. AP-2a is a member of transcription factor activated protein AP-2, as a anti-oncogene involve in a variety of tumor formation, migration and metastasis. Telomerase reverse transcriptase(hTERT) as the core of the telomerase is highly expressed in tumor cells, but not expressed in normal cells, activation of telomerase-specific identification of tumor formation. Therefore, To find a new way of prevention and treatment has become an important topic in the field of intestinal tumor molecular. |
