结肠癌是世界上致死率较高的癌症之一，对人类的健康生活有着非常恶劣的影响。据统计，在西方发达国家中，结肠癌死亡率居第二位，在我国，死亡率居第五位。结肠癌的发病过程是一个多阶段干涉、多基因参与和影响的病理过程。AP-2α为转录因子活化蛋白Ap-2家族一员，作为一种抑癌基因参与着多种肿瘤的形成、迁徙及转移。端粒酶催化亚基即端粒酶逆转录酶（hTERT）作为端粒酶的核心，在肿瘤细胞中高度表达，但在正常细胞中却不表达，端粒酶的激活是肿瘤形成的特异性标识。因此，在肠道肿瘤分子领域，寻找一种新型预防治疗手段已成为该领域的一项重要课题。 [ Last edited by azmy0256 on 2013-5-16 at 01:09 ] |
