有关于rubber solution

本人因工作想用橡胶做一批喂养仔鼠的灌胃管，但是对橡胶制品基本没有概念···望各位大神给与指导。 制作方法原味如下：Prepcircition of the catheters: The catheters are made from rubber on a shape of stainless flamed steel wire with a diameter of 0.25 mm.The wire is cut into 10 cm long pieces, straightened out carefully, andone end is bent to a hook; the wire when hung up must be absolutely perpendicular. The shapes are dipped in a rubber solution ready for heat vulcanisation. A commercial product (T-solution) , marketed by Trelleborgs Guminifabriks AB, was used. If necessary, the wire is dipped again when the solvent has evaporated. The thickness of tlie catheters is regulated by tlie number of dippings and the concentration of the rubber solution. The catheters are then left to dry for 24 hours. Vulcanisation is performed in the autoclave at 135-140' C. for 10-15 minutes. The hardness of the rubber is determined by the concentration of the rubber solution, and by the time of drying and vulcanisation. These factors must also be adjusted in relation to the amount of sulphur and catalysers in tlie rubber solution. It is sometimes difficult to pry the catheter loose after autoclaving; this procedure is facilitated by pressing water through a fine cannula in between the rubber and the shape. Catheters produced as described above are very soft and elastic and stand up well to repeated autoclavings without undergoing any changes: the same catheters have for instance been used in 3 subsequent esperinieiits without impairment of function. 略微有点长哈·· 我主要想问这里的rubber solution 指的是什么？在咱们国内有什么跟它是类似的？如果哪位大神能指点一下，在下感激不尽啊`` [ Last edited by tdrasha on 2013-5-13 at 22:33 ] |
