标题:油酸正丁酯/EL/丙三醇/水四组分体系和油酸正丁酯/HS15/丙三醇/水四组分体系相行为分析 摘要:制备了油酸正丁酯/EL/丙三醇/水四组分体系和油酸正丁酯/HS15/丙三醇/水四组分体系微乳液系列,并采用拟三元相图对微乳体系进行了研究。结果表明,助表面活性剂和表面活性剂的比值对微乳区面积有很大的影响,其中试验温度下助表面活性剂和表面活性剂的比值等于1是微乳形成和稳定的最佳条件。另外,加谷维素会使油酸正丁酯/EL/丙三醇/水四组分体系的微乳区减小,使油酸正丁酯/HS15/丙三醇/水四组分体系的微乳区增大。 |

Title: Analysis of behavior of phase of system of four components (butyl oleate/EL/glycerol/water) and system of four components (butyl oleate/HS15/glycerol/water) Abstract: Series of microemulsion of system of four components (butyl oleate/EL/glycerol/water) and system of four components (butyl oleate/HS15/glycerol/water) was prepared, and the system of microemulsion was investigated by using pseudo ternary phase diagram. Results show that the ratio of cosurfactant and surfactant have great influence on the area of microemulsion region, under test temperature, optimum conditions for formation and stability of microemulsion was that the ratio of cosurfactant and surfactant was 1. In addition, the area of microemulsion region of system of four components (butyl oleate/EL/glycerol/water) was increased and system of four components (butyl oleate/HS15/glycerol/water) was decreased by adding oryzanol. |

标题:Oleic acid n-butyl acetate and EL of glycerol to water system and the four components oleic acid n-buty that acetate HS15 of glycerol and water quaternary system phase behavior analysis Abstract : It Was prepared that oleic acid n-buty acetate EL of glycerol to water system and four components oleic acid n-butyl acetate HS15 of glycerol to water microemulsion quaternary system series, and USES the quasi ternary phase diagram of the microemulsion system were studied. Results show that the surfactant and the ratio of surfactant on the area of microemulsion area has a great influence, including test temperature helps the surfactant and surfactant ratio equal to 1 is the best condition of microemulsion formation and stability. In addition, add oryzanol can make acid n-butyl acetate EL of glycerol to water microemulsion area of quaternary system is reduced, the oleic acid n-butyl acetate HS15 of glycerol to water microemulsion area of quaternary system increase. |
