Title: Analysis of behavior of phase of system of four components (butyl oleate/EL/glycerol/water) and system of four components (butyl oleate/HS15/glycerol/water)

Abstract: Series of microemulsion of system of four components (butyl oleate/EL/glycerol/water) and system of four components (butyl oleate/HS15/glycerol/water) was prepared, and the system of microemulsion was investigated by using pseudo ternary phase diagram. Results show that the ratio of cosurfactant and surfactant have great influence on the area of microemulsion region, under test temperature, optimum conditions for formation and stability of microemulsion was that the ratio of cosurfactant and surfactant was 1. In addition, the area of microemulsion region of system of four components (butyl oleate/EL/glycerol/water) was increased and system of four components (butyl oleate/HS15/glycerol/water) was decreased by adding oryzanol.
