question 1: this manuscript has a major flaw and this is lack of true replication (only one reactor per treatment) so it cannot statistically discern whether earthworms improved or not the stabilization process. question 2: DNA: please put the information on legend of figure 3 (alignment, phylogenetic method… here) Response: question 3: Results and discussion Lack of statistical tests makes this part meaningless. Authors could try to test with their phylogenetic tree some tests like UNIFRAC |
