刚投出去一周，状态变成Immediate Reject & Resubmit，同志们看看我是不是还继续重投给该期刊啊。主编返回的decision letter：I regret to inform you that after careful reading of your manuscript I have made a decision to decline your submission to XXX. The subject area of this manuscript may be of interest to readers of the Journal, however I am unable to consider the manuscript for peer review in its present form.The English expression contains many errors that must be corrected before I can send your paper to reviewers.Please get expert help with this and I will then reconsider your paper. I am releasing the paper to you on this occasion, but I invite you to revise your manuscript and resubmit to XXX. If you choose to resubmit your manuscript, please include a covering letter with your submission that explicitly and clearly states where and how you have addressed the criticisms above or your reasons for rebuttal of the criticisms. Once you have revised your manuscript, go to XXX and login to your Author Centre. Click on "Manuscripts with Decisions," and then click on "Create a Resubmission" located next to the manuscript number. Then, follow the steps for resubmitting your manuscript. Because we are trying to facilitate timely publication of manuscripts submitted to XXX, your resubmitted manuscript should be submitted by 10-Oct-2013. If you are unable to submit by this date please contact the Editorial Office for options. I am sorry I cannot bring you better news on this occasion and wish you well with your revisions. |
