微波法合成金属氧化物纳米粉体,有人做吗?

老板给的题目,微波法在液相中合成SnO2纳米晶,原料是SnCl4(5水),打算用水、乙醇做溶剂。 目前实验室里只有一台家用微波炉,不知道能不能用。 有谁做过微波液相合成金属氧化物纳米晶的,请指导一下!!! 或者提供一些这方面的资料。 先谢过了!!!!!!!!!! |
