[交流] 微波法合成金属氧化物纳米粉体,有人做吗?

老板给的题目,微波法在液相中合成SnO2纳米晶,原料是SnCl4(5水),打算用水、乙醇做溶剂。
目前实验室里只有一台家用微波炉,不知道能不能用。

有谁做过微波液相合成金属氧化物纳米晶的,请指导一下!!!

或者提供一些这方面的资料。

我们组是做微波合成的,不过我现在只是偶尔做做,顺便给你提个醒,家用微波很多参数都不好控制,我们用的是美国CEM公司生产的微波反应设备。我可以给你提供一些我们组发的文章信息:
