微波法合成金属氧化物纳米粉体，有人做吗？

老板给的题目，微波法在液相中合成SnO2纳米晶，原料是SnCl4（5水），打算用水、乙醇做溶剂。 目前实验室里只有一台家用微波炉，不知道能不能用。 有谁做过微波液相合成金属氧化物纳米晶的，请指导一下！！！ 或者提供一些这方面的资料。 先谢过了！！！！！！！！！！ |
