PLAT906_ALERT_3_C Large K value in the Analysis of Variance ...... 2.350 Generally, both positive and slightly negative intensities are expected in a data set. Resetting negative intensities to zero may bias the refinement results and the 'analysis-of-variance' as reported e.g. in the SHELXL output listing. Please check in your original dataset if there were no negative intensities. 是这个吗？ _refine_diff_density_max 0.435 _refine_diff_density_min -0.314 _refine_diff_density_rms 0.079 我自己checkcif的时候完全没有最后这两个错误啊 |
