Investigate the regulation of GCNF, SF-1 gene expression by the QRT–PCR in the process of early embryonic development in pig parthenogenetic.
The result of the QRT - PCR shows that , the highest expression of GCNF gene is in the two cell period, then the amount of expression presents the trend of slow increase after reduction at first, while the amount of expression suddenly dropped to almost no expression in the blastocyst stage.
The amount of SF–1 gene expression between the 2 cell stage to the 8 cell stage has no obvious change, the amount of expression between the 8 cell stage to morula stage significantly increases to the peak, and the amount of expression has suddenly dropped to almost no expression in the blastula stage.
