Investigate the regulation of GCNF, SF-1 gene expression by the QRT–PCR in the process of early embryonic development in pig parthenogenetic.
The result of the QRT - PCR shows that , the highest expression of GCNF gene is in the two cell period, then the amount of expression presents the trend of slow increase after reduction at first, while the amount of expression suddenly dropped to almost no expression in the blastocyst stage.
The amount of SF–1 gene expression between the 2 cell stage to the 8 cell stage has no obvious change, the amount of expression between the 8 cell stage to morula stage significantly increases to the peak, and the amount of expression has suddenly dropped to almost no expression in the blastula stage.

The expression pattern of GCNF and SF-1 gene during early embryonic development stage in pig parthenogenetic was detected using qRT–PCR assay.
The results showed that  highest expression level of GCNF gene was achieved in a double-cell stage, then the expression level was slightly increased after reduction, while the expression level was hardly detected in a blastocyst stage. In addition, the expression level of SF–1 gene  from a double-cell stage to a eight-cell stage was not obviously changed, a maximum level was observed from the eight-cell stage to a morula stage, and the expression level was significantly decreased and almost undetected in a blastula stage.
