通过QRT-PCR方法检测了GCNF、SF-1基因在猪孤雌早期胚胎发育过程中的表达规律。QRT-PCR结果表明，GCNF基因在2cell时期表达最高，随后表达量呈先降低后缓慢回升的趋势，而到在囊胚期突然下降至几乎不表达。SF-1基因在2cell到8cell期表达量无明显变化，8cell至桑椹胚期表达量极显著上升至峰值，而到囊胚期表达量又骤然下降至几乎没有表达。 谢谢 |

Investigate the regulation of GCNF, SF-1 gene expression by the QRT–PCR in the process of early embryonic development in pig parthenogenetic. The result of the QRT - PCR shows that , the highest expression of GCNF gene is in the two cell period, then the amount of expression presents the trend of slow increase after reduction at first, while the amount of expression suddenly dropped to almost no expression in the blastocyst stage. The amount of SF–1 gene expression between the 2 cell stage to the 8 cell stage has no obvious change, the amount of expression between the 8 cell stage to morula stage significantly increases to the peak, and the amount of expression has suddenly dropped to almost no expression in the blastula stage.  楼下给与订正补充 |

The expression pattern of GCNF and SF-1 gene during early embryonic development stage in pig parthenogenetic was detected using qRT–PCR assay. The results showed that highest expression level of GCNF gene was achieved in a double-cell stage, then the expression level was slightly increased after reduction, while the expression level was hardly detected in a blastocyst stage. In addition, the expression level of SF–1 gene from a double-cell stage to a eight-cell stage was not obviously changed, a maximum level was observed from the eight-cell stage to a morula stage, and the expression level was significantly decreased and almost undetected in a blastula stage. 尝试着做了一些补充和调整，还望LZ定夺专业术语的翻译。 |
