| 与西方国家情况不同，我国非政府组织从产生开始，就面临着强大的政府权力。相应的，我国非政府组织的政治参与也面临着不少的问题：第一，非政府组织的政治参与无制度化的途径；第二，非政府组织影响政府决策能力弱，政治参与程度低；第三，思想库类非政府组织政策倡导能力不足；第四，与政府互动中缺乏制度化合作。differing from west countries, NGO in our country were facing with powerful powers of government. Accordingly,NGO in our country were facing many difficulties.first,participation in political affairs of NGO have not been institutionalization. second, decision-making ability of NGO is weak,the level of participation in political affairs is low. third, thinking bank NGO lack the ability of policy advocacy.the fourth, Interactions with government lacks institutionalization |
