[求助] 论文大修意见中的疑问

最近，一篇决策方法方面的稿件，让大修。其中，有两句话把握不准，请各位高手给翻译一下。
Introduction:  there are big lists of references about some concepts. This has no sense, be more explicit about each reference if really the reference is important.

Eqs. (12)- (19) must be more formal, that is, must be expressed as Proposition. Moreover, examples of such equations are needed to improve the proposal.

特别是最后一句，好像是要 “将公式（12）-（19）用命题形式来表达。并且，改进公式中的例子”。但是，我原文的公式中并没有例子啊。

论文引言部分：集中列举了关于某些概念的大量文献（楼主可能采用了[1-10]这样的集中引用方式）。这样做没有意义，应该展开说明每条文献，如果该文献的确很重要。

Eqs. (12)- (19) 应该更为规范，即必须以命题形式来表达。此外，应该举例说明这些方程对于改进提案的必要性。
